Sussex sourdough classes

£120.00

An introduction to the art of sourdough making

I love to work intuitively with my sourdough. So if you are looking for a class that gives you lots of science to create your loaves you may wish to look at different classes in the area. However if you want to work with curiosity and practice I’d love to welcome you. I will share with you how to bake a beautiful sourdough in your own home, understand the art to a good starter and how stretching, folding, proving and time will lead you to starting your own sourdough journey. You will have 2 Sourdoughs to bake at home and also learn how to optimise your loaf when baking in your own oven.

10am - 3pm

sourdough class:

You will have a warm welcome to Kitty Witch Bakehouse situated in Paula’s garden. You will start your morning off with a fresh coffee or tea and a little homemade treat before embarking on this enjoyable, fun and knowledgeable day of all things Sourdough. Answering any personal questions you may have along the way.
