
Sussex Saturday bake, located in Firle
NEXT BAKE WILL BE ON SATURDAY 14TH JUNE 2025
All our bread is made from organic flour from Shipton Mill, which is an old traditional miller based in Gloucester. I use my own mill at the bakehouse to grind the organic Spelt and Rye grains for each Saturday's bake.
All bread needs to be ordered and paid for by Thursday 5pm this week.
Any orders made after this time will automatically go on to the following Weeks bake.
If you live outside the local area, you are welcome to bulk order and freeze your bread so you can pick up less frequently.
Local village residents can expect orders to be delivered unless specified.
all other orders for outside of Firle will be pick up only.
