I love making bagels! They are great bread to bake with friends and family. You will learn all the processes of bagel making and will have the opportunity to bake your favourite type. Plain, onion, poppy, sesame or cinnamon and raisin. Once baked, we will fill it with classic fillings to try fresh out of the oven.
